Teen Volunteer Recruitment Sessions

The library is looking for teen volunteers to assist with a variety of tasks this summer. Recruitment sessions will take place Wednesday, June 2nd and Thursday, June 3rd from 5-5:30 PM in the library's meeting room. Volunteer opportunities are open to students entering grades 7-12. Budget Cuts: Update

The Matawan-Aberdeen Public Library is now joining with many other libraries in a statewide advocacy to restore library funding to the state budget. Orange postcards are available to fill out to oppose the reduction in funding. On your next visit, please fill out an orange postcard at either the circulation desk or the children's desk. You can even add a message on teh back if you'd like. Then we'll send all of the postcards together to legislators.
